Indian Army Age limit for various post
National Defence Academy (NDA):
Candidates must be between 16.5 and 19.5 years of age at the time of joining.
Technical Entry Scheme (TES):
Candidates must be between 16.5 and 19.5 years of age at the time of joining.
Short Service Commission (SSC)
For men, the age limit is between 20 and 25 years and
for women, it is between 20 and 27 years.
Permanent Commission (PC)
For men-the age limit is between 20 and 25 years and
for women- it is between 20 and 27 years.
Territorial Army Officer
For men, the age limit is between 18 and 42 years and
for women, it is between 18 and 42 years.
Junior Commissioned Officer Catering (JCO)
men- the age limit is between 17 and 21 years and
women-the age limit is between 17 and 21 years.
Junior Commissioned Officer Religious Teacher (JCO RT)
men-the age limit is between 27 and 34 years and
women-the ages between 27 and 34 years.
